Departments, divisions and profit centres
Azyra automatically analyses and reports everything by department and division – across companies and countries.
Departments are automatically assigned to to trading transactions. In the case of freight jobs, this is based on the department which booked the job. In the case of distribution businesses, it is taken from the product group.
Divisions are a level above departments which can be automatically assigned based on groups of departments or, in the case of distribution businesses, determined by product group.
Management information and BI come from the general/nominal ledger so it is always analysed or summarised by department and division and always agrees with the financial statements.
Profit and loss by department
Overheads are easily analysed to departments and divisions while using a simple chart of accounts. So you automatically have profit and loss accounts every departments and divisions – even spanning companies and countries if required.
