Azyra kicks off 2025 in January with more new features for intelligent workflow.
Email intelligence
Azyra reads incoming emails and assists you to create or match them to quotations, jobs, invoices, warehouse transactions, customers or suppliers. For example, when an email responding to a quotation appears in your inbox you can immediately reply and save it against the quotation. You can create a job from the quotation and see it automatically transport planned, priced and costed and then email a confirmation to the customer. So workflow is smooth and fast and your customer service moves into top gear.
Easier multi-tasking
Open items from all modules are accessed from an icon on the left panel making it easy to multi-task.
Favourites module
Right click on a menu option in any module to add it to the Favourites module making it even easier to use all the power of Azyra.
Phone icons
Icons beside phone numbers show the country and whether they are a landline or mobile.
If you have Bria Softphone on your PC, just click on the icon to phone the number. For details of Bria Softphone we recommend www.counterpath.com. We plan to have this feature work with Teams in a future release.
Email icons
Icons beside email addresses show whether they are formatted correctly. Click on the icon to send an email. If relevant you can choose a document to attach.
Automatic Processor module
The Automatic Processor now has its own module and icon on the left panel making it easier to manage APIs and EDI, Customs messages and automatic alerts from a single control tower. Some companies using Azyra receive up to 90% of their business electronically by EDI and APIs with jobs automatically created, acknowledged, priced, costed and transport planned for collection, international and delivery.
Goods inwards advices and pick orders received electronically go directly to handhelds or warehouse automation. Delivery jobs are created, priced, costed and routed with a single click on the handheld.
